Purpose of personal data processing

The data sent via the contact form will be used for the sole purpose of contacting you back to process any requests contained in the message and/or consult our administrative/accounting documents and/or receive communications of a commercial/promotional nature.

Nature of processed data and methods of processing

• The personal data processed will be exclusively common data strictly necessary and pertinent to the purposes referred to in the previous point and/or for commercial/marketing purposes that the structure deems appropriate to initiate.
• The processing of the personal data provided is carried out by means of the operations or the complex of operations indicated in Art. 4 of Legislative Decree 679/2016.
• The processing is carried out directly by the owner's organization.

Nature of the provision and consequences of refusal

The user is in no way obliged to provide the site manager with the personal data requested in the contact form.

The provision of data via the contact form is optional.

However, refusal to provide data for the purposes referred to in Art. 1 will determine the impossibility of contacting our offices via the contact form made available on the site.

Rights of the interested party

The user may at any time exercise the rights attributed by Legislative Decree 679/2016 which we report below, by making a specific request via the contact form.

• The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
• The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
  • of the origin of personal data;
  • of the purposes and methods of processing;
  • of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
  • of the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative;
  • of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
• The interested party has the right to obtain:
  • updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  • cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • attestation that the operations referred to in the two previous points have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
• The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
  • for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
  • to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
